Have used it several times already. my personal take as compared to our other brand of fully automatic wm:
PROS :
– very quiet operation
– varied wash options
– good size for household washing
– includes detergent, fabcon and bleach bins/drawers
CONS :
– washing style is too slow that we feel it doesnt clean our clothes really well
– laundry detergent and fabcon are not evenly distributed
– no quick wash option; the shortest is 24mins
– drain pipe is too short
