MECHANICS:
1. The promo will run from November 1, 2025 to January 14, 2026.
2. For a minimum single-receipt purchase of Php 5,000 at any Western Appliances branch or via western.com.ph, the customer will receive one (1) raffle entry for a chance to win a trip for two (2) to either Singapore, Thailand, Hongkong or Vietnam.
3. This promo is valid for all modes of payment.
4. Customers must register their entry by completing the form at https://tinyurl.com/AsiaWestern and providing their full name, home address, contact details, email address, branch purchased, date of purchase, and uploading a copy of their invoice. After which customers will get a confirmation message earning 1 raffle entry.
5. The sign-up period is from November 1, 2025 to January 14, 2026 until 11:59 PM. Entries submitted beyond this period will not be included in the raffle.
6. Each sales invoice number can only be submitted once. Multiple entries using the same invoice will be deemed invalid.
7. The raffle is open to Philippine residents of legal age residing within Luzon.
8. All qualified entries will be included in the raffle draw on January 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Western Appliances Corporate Office, located at 34 Morato St., San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City, in the presence of a DTI representative.
9. One (1) winner will be drawn randomly using https://commentpicker.com/random-name-picker.php.
10. The Asia Adventure Raffle prize includes the following for one (1) winner and their chosen companion:
a. Roundtrip airfare for two (2) people from Manila to either Singapore, Thailand, Hongkong or Vietnam via an airline chosen by Western Appliances.
b. 3 Days, 2 Nights hotel accommodation for two (2) people at a hotel selected by Western Appliances.
c. Roundtrip airport transfers (airport to hotel and vice versa).
11. Valid for 6 months from receipt of prize. Not available during holidays and peak seasons (e.g., December 20 – January 5, Chinese New Year, Holy Week, Convention Season, Halloween, and Christmas Season).
12. The raffle winner must notify Western Appliances of their preferred travel date at least 60 days in advance. Once finalized, rebooking or changes to the schedule will not be allowed.
13. The winner will be announced on the Western Appliances Facebook page, in-store posters, and western.com.ph on February 11, 2026.
14. The winner will be notified via registered mail, and a Western Appliances representative will also contact them through their registered mobile number.
15. 20% tax on prizes exceeding Php 10,000, as well as other personal expenses such as passport, travel taxes, meals, excess baggage fees, and personal shopping and other expenses shall be shouldered by the winner.
16. If the winner is unable to pass the immigration process, the entire tour package is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Immigration clearance is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer.
17. In the event of sudden flight schedule changes by the airline, the winner must follow the new schedule. Rebooking will only be permitted in cases of natural calamities, force majeure (e.g., war, civil strife, terrorism, epidemics, government-mandated cancellations), or other unavoidable circumstances.
18. If the winner fails to claim the prize within 60 days from the receipt of notification, the prize will be forfeited in favor of Western Appliances with DTI approval.
19. To claim the prize, the winner must present the original notification letter, official receipt, and one (1) valid government-issued ID at the Western Appliances Corporate Office (34 Morato St., San Francisco del Monte, Quezon City) from Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM. If sending a representative, they must provide an authorization letter, their own valid ID, and the winner’s required documents.
20. Prize is transferable but not convertible to cash.
21. The winner agrees to allow Western Appliances to publish their name, photo, and other relevant details on social media and other promotional materials.
22. This promotion may be availed in conjunction with other ongoing Western Appliances promos.
23. Employees of Western Appliances, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join the raffle.
