PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promotion is applicable to Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, ON Internet Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa and Travel Platinum Visa credit cardholders in good standing. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid Cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa.
2. Use your Metrobank credit card at any Western Appliance branch or at www.western.com.ph and get:
   • FREE Asahi Coffee Maker for a minimum single-receipt 0% installment spend of P25,000
   • FREE Midea Induction Cooker for a minimum single-receipt 0% installment spend of P50,000
3. This promo is available only for 0% installment purchases up to 24 months. The promo is also applicable for the Shop Now, Pay Later (SNPL) scheme of up to 90 days.
4. Straight purchases are excluded from the promo.
5. The promo period is from May 15 to July 15, 2023.
6. To redeem the free item in the western.com.ph website, freebie will automatically be included in the delivery of the main unit.
7. To redeem the free item in any Western Appliances branch, cardholder must present the original customer’s copy of the approved 0% installment charge slip plus the original invoice of Western Appliances stores where the purchase was made, and present the Metrobank credit card used for the purchase at the redemption counter of the participating store.
8. For a charge slip to be valid, the following conditions have to be met:
   a. Name and card number on the charge slip must be the same as the Metrobank credit card presented;
   b. Transaction date of surrendered charge slip must be within the promo period;
   c. Transaction amount be at least P25,000 for Tier 1 and P50,000 for Tier 2; and
   d. Charge slips presented upon redemption must be readable. Unreadable charge slips will no longer be valid for redemption.
9. A cardholder may only have one (1) redemption per day, per branch. Redemption of the free item is valid until thirty (30) calendar days from the end of promo period or until September 15, 2023.
10. For eligible transactions completed online at www.western.com.ph, the FREE item will be delivered together with the items purchased by the cardholder. A cardholder may only have one (1) redemption per day.
11. Full installment amount under the 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
12. All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.
13. All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank credit card’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.
14. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
15. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. Presumption of split transactions is having 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
16. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.
17. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Western Appliances, with the concurrence of the DTI.
18. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-166315 Series of 2023.
