2. The promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Prime Debit, and Prepaid cards.

7. The free item is not convertible to cash, discount or other item(s).
8. The free item can be redeemed immediately upon purchase. Customer also has the option to redeemed until November 30, 2026 (60 days after promo period).
9. Cardholders with lost/stolen or faded/unreadable Metrobank installment charge slip will not be allowed to redeem. Metrobank and Western Appliances are not obliged to recognize or replace lost or faded charge slip(s) for purposes of item(s) redemption.
10. Redemption of free item(s) from split transactions is not allowed.
11. Metrobank reserves the right to charge the cost of the free item, at prevailing retail price, to the Cardholder’s credit card account or collect the cost from the Cardholder if he/she cancels the installment transaction at a later date or if Cardholder made an invalid redemption.
12. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with the store’s other promotional offers, in-store sale or discounts, privileges and VIP cards, and shall be subject to the existing store’s terms and conditions.
13. All Metrobank installment transactions are subject to bank approval.
14. The entire installment transaction amount shall be deducted from the Cardholder’s available credit limit.
15. All questions or disputes regarding the promo shall be resolved by Metrobank’s inconcurrence with DTI.
